\u201cBllokimi i mbi rreth 300 qytetar\u00ebve, duke ua mbajtur pasaportat dhe dokumentacionet e udh\u00ebtimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje flagrante jo vet\u00ebm e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb Brukselit, por edhe e t\u00eb drejtave universale t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb garantuara me t\u00eb gjitha konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.
