Krejt tender\u00ebt p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komun\u00eb po shkojn\u00eb kryesisht vet\u00ebm tek nj\u00eb kompani, shkruan Demokracia.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kompania \u201cDashnim Jashari BI\u201d, me em\u00ebr tregtar N.T.P. ,,Ardhm\u00ebria\u201d ka krijuar \u201cmonopol\u201d n\u00eb marrjen e tender\u00ebve n\u00eb Shtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenderi i radh\u00ebs, \u201cRregullimi i disa segmenteve t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve dhe rrjetit t\u00eb kanalizimit \u2013 Trotuari n\u00eb Rr. Xhemshir Xhemshiri, Rr. Mehdi Korani, Rr. Nazmi Bakiu, dhe Rr. Pronar i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb Dashnim Jashari nga Shtimja. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb djali i v\u00ebllait t\u00eb Ruzhdi Jasharit, i cili ishte kandidat i Vet\u00ebvendosjes p\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb komun\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2017, por nuk kishte arritur t\u00eb fitonte. Nga viti 2017 deri n\u00eb 2020, ai ka mbajtur postin e asamblistit komunal nga LVV-ja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenderi i fundit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur n\u00eb mes Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shtimes dhe Dashnim Jasharit kishte vler\u00ebn prej rreth 45 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Demokracia.com<\/strong>\u00a0ka raportuar t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn se\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/demokracia.com\/komuna-e-shtimes-ndane-mjete-buxhetore-per-militantet-partiake-pa-asnje-procedure-ligjore-i-angazhon-ata-ne-projekte\/\">Ruzhdi Jashari ka qen\u00eb i involvuar deri m\u00eb tani edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt komunal q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte m\u00eb hartimin e projektimeve. Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs, Qemajl Aliu, ka vendosur t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblej\u00eb ish-kandidatin p\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shtimes nga radh\u00ebt e Vet\u00ebvendosjes me k\u00ebt\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme, shkruan Demokracia.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drejtoria p\u00ebr Kultur\u00eb e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shtimes ka ndar\u00eb 23 mij\u00eb euro p\u00ebr subvencione. N\u00eb mesin e atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Ruzhdi Jashari. Atij do t\u2019i p\u00ebrkthehet nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rumune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb kryetari Qemajl Aliu kritikohet p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb subvencioneve. N\u00eb vitin e kaluar, vendimet e tij p\u00ebr financimin e projekteve, si marr\u00ebveshjet financiare me organizata joqeveritare pa ndjekur procedurat ligjore, kan\u00eb shkaktuar shum\u00eb zhurm\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr projektin me AZHR \u2013 Qend\u00ebr, Demokracia.com ka gjetur se jan\u00eb angazhuar 3 militant\u00eb t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Sali Bajrami, Egzon Selmani dhe Ruzhdi Jashari. Pra, ishte favorizuar edhe Jashari, ish-kandidat p\u00ebr kryetar i LVV-s\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet 2017 dhe 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga LDK-ja, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Vesa Zeqiri dhe Nexhat Neziraj, an\u00ebtar t\u00eb kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shtime. Q\u00eb t\u00eb dy, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e strukturave t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shtime.
